Mission of the Museum is to acquaint society with history of fire-fighting and civil protection of Latvia and to educate people about actions in emergencies possible.

From the center of Riga – trolleybus No 3 – up to Lāčplēša Street
trolleybus No 1, 19 – up to Dzirnavu Street
bus No 2 – up to Dzirnavu Street

Opposite the Museum there is a parkingplace for excursion buses (parking should be coordinated with the conservator of the Museum) and transport for disabled people.
