The museum has opened a thematic exhibition with an overview of the history of the development of fire-fighting communications in Latvia from the methods of notification of fires and signal devices of the end of the 19th century to a modern dispatcher communication system and the introduction of a single emergency call telephone No. 112.
The exposition features and operated models of telephones, the first mobile radio phones of the ALTAJS system, radio stations of the 1970s and 1980s, which were used in the fire service before the era of mobile phones, field telephones and modern MOTOROLA network radio stations.
