Since ancient times, the flame of fire has brought warmth and light, everyday life is unimaginable without fire, but as a result of human ignorance and carelessness, fire often causes irreparable damage.

Before the advent of electric lights, lamps of various designs with candle light sources, and later carbide and kerosene lamps, were widely used for indoor and outdoor lighting.

The everyday life of firefighters was also unimaginable without such light carriers - for lighting rooms, illuminating the path on cart routes to the fire site, surveying objects, and reconnoitering the scene of an incident, for processions at various ceremonial events, etc., where specially designed lamps of safe construction, protected against mechanical damage and with a properly insulated flame were used.

Christmas is approaching, which is unimaginable without illumination. More and more natural lights are being replaced by electric light strings, decorations, etc., and in order for the holiday to bring joy, happiness, and good luck, let's be careful to observe safety measures when using both natural lights and electric lighting devices.
