On the traditional Shadow Day, Kārlis Opmanis, a first-grade student at Jaunmārupe Primary School, learned about the work of the Museum's collections and "shadowed" the head of the collections department; Rihards Mekšs, a grade 3 student at Riga Pļavnieki Secondary School, appreciated and applied the work of the Museum's Deputy Director; Justs Austrums and Kristers Arājs, grade 8b students at Berģi Art and Music School, doubled the Director.
It is a pleasure to know that the preservation, research, future and growth of the museum will be in safe hands.
