Today, on April 11, nine new call centre dispatchers of the State Fire and Rescue Service Operational Management Board gave a solemn oath to serve conscientiously in the public interest in the museum's Hall of Fame, after the completion of the training course.
Dispatchers play an important role in ensuring the efficient operation of the single emergency application phone No. 112 in the organization of the provision of operational assistance at the scene.
